Union Square Condos is a 200,000 sqft building originally constructed in 1872. It was Grand Rapid's primary high school until 1968 and is the oldest school building in GR!
Since its former life as a school, it has been renovated into 187 unique residential condominiums containing original slate chalkboards, trophy cases, lockers, 12-16 foot ceilings, double bannister stairways, and hardwood maple floors.
